It’s one thing to create a vision of your best life. It’s another thing to take action and implement change today.

Understanding goals as active declarations, determining obstacles, and creating action plans that correspond with relationships within your personal and professional life are key in creating the change you seek in your life.

What Can Be Yours

You can feel present and empowered over the course of your life as you open yourself up to a multitude of possibilities. You’ll feel clear and confident when presented with choices because you have learned how to hone and trust your intuition.

I offer a 5-step approach to assist you in taking action.

Step 1: Investigation

We need to know where to start so the first step is to investigate your current way of handling daily stressors. In doing so you will become aware of communication style and self-talk.

Step 2: Identification

Why do behave the way you do? There are patterns that create your manner of being, and they may be holding you back from fully realizing your dreams.  Together we explore a range of tools that shed light on how you navigate challenges so you can surpass limiting beliefs and find new ways of being.

Step 3: Integration

Knowing skills to use is a start but the various skills identified to expand your mindset are now further developed. You integrate an awareness of how you show up in your relationships every day. This is a step in which you learn how to work without judgment or criticism of yourself so you can release old habits and, instead, become present with the YOU that you’re meant to be.

Step 4: Investment

Stepping up to your desire to change means a dedication to awareness and commitment to do the work required. This, in turn, means making an investment in self-betterment through self-study practices intended to move you to a place where you can push aside old ways of being that no longer serve you. Instead, regularly use new skills that allow for a fulfilling and expressive way of living in the world.

Step 5:  Illumination

With new skills realized and regularly drawn upon, you’ll feel illuminated as you’re more quickly and assertively able to express yourself in ways that honor your values and provide you a fulfilling and dynamic way of living in the world.

What Is Embodied Voice?

Think of embodied voice as “yoga for the voice.”

The word “yoga” means to “yoke” or “unite” body, mind, and spirit so the flutterings of the mind comes to stillness. Simply put, you are present. The series of postures and breathing practices you move through in a yoga class work to bring you to this oneness. In the same way, you can find this state of presence through feeling your voice in everyday expression. Just as you return to a yoga class on a weekly basis to get more in tune with a state of presence, you tend to your voice practice on a daily basis with awareness of what you feel happening in your mouth as well as emotionally when you speak. Your voice get stronger, your articulation gets clearer, and you feel an overall warmth and richness with your voice that feels so good!

You develop your voice and speech in a way that empowers you because it includes your emotions, your breath, your Spirit—YOU. It’s all you.
