I offer private yoga instruction for those wanting to create a foundational understanding of yoga before joining a group class. I cover breath-based practices (pranayama), poses (asana), meditation, and yogic philosophy in a way that suits your particular needs.
Are you already practicing yoga and want to deepen your understanding of a pose? I can show you various ways in and out of a pose of short sequence to keep you safe and build your knowledge of yoga.
Are you recovering from an injury and want to learn how to modify your practice to stay safe? I can help you understand your body and how to safely spread the load of movement over your whole body to assist in healing.
Sessions are typically one hour long once a week for a determined amount of time.
I teach prenatal, post-natal (babies are welcome!), kid yoga, vinyasa, all levels Hatha Yoga, and/or restorative yoga.
Private Group Yoga Classes
I offer private group yoga classes for five to six people at my home studio in either Moms and Babies Yoga, Moms and Crawlers Yoga, or Hatha Yoga (all levels or a level appropriate for the group). I schedule these class on a four-week series level at a time mutually agreeable to all. All classes must be pre-paid upfront. Contact me for more information on rates and times of classes.
